Past Work | Self Portrait

Installation using the frame as a starting point to explore aspects of self through several variations. Each variation was recorded through drawing the shadow on the hanging walls of the installation. The installation was constructed using the artists clothes exploring narratives pertaining to roles of teacher, librarian, huntress, hunted and artist. Each scene was constructed allowing for chance interactions and happenings to occur according to the behaviour of the material with gravity. Shadow casting was used as a means to document scenes and to create further narratives of intrigue.
